2012/13 Información sobre las Matriculas del Jardín de Niños(Traducción Adentro)

Registration Dates/Fechas para las matrículas: February 7, 8, 21 & 22, March 6, 7, 20, 21, April 3, 4, 17 & 18  (FYI-All dates are Tuesdays and Wednesdays) By appointment only!  POR CITA SOLAMENTE!Registration Time/Horario para las matrículas::  9-11:30 AM

Register at:  North Dover Elementary, 51 Highland Ave., Dover  (973) 989-2020.

It is not necessary to bring your child for registration.  We recommend that the registration packet be filled out at home.  You can pick up a packet any time at the school office. Le recomendamos que llenen el paquete de matrículas en sus casas.  Pueden venir a recoger el paquete cualquier día en la oficina escolar. Si su niño(a) asiste al Pre-Jardín, no es necesario matricular a su nino(a) para el Jardín de Niños.

Kindergarten – Full Day Session 8:15 AM - 2:40 PM

1.  Child must be 5 years old by October 1, 2012.

2.  Only North Dover Attendance area students will register at North Dover. 

3. Obtain a packet and have filled out with all requirements before coming to    register.

If you are an East Dover or Academy St. School Kindergarten resident household, you will register at your neighborhood school.  Call the main office for details East Dover 973-989-2055 – Academy St. 973-989-2030.

1. Su niño(a) tiene que haber cumplido 5 años de edad para el 1 de octubre de 2012.

The following is required for registration:

1.   Original birth certificate

2.   Up to date immunization record.

3.   8 Points of Residency Proof (see below)

2.      Certificado de Vacunas vigente.
3.      8 Puntos de Combrobantes de Domicilio (lo siguiente):

    ✓6 Points - Mortgage Statement / Payment Book/ Tax Bill (Immediate family of Owner)

     ✓6 Points - Certificate of Compliance (non-owner occupied residence/rental unit) Town of Dover                                      

     ✓4 Points – Sworn Statement of Landlord (owner occupied residence) Certification Statement

     ✓2 Points – Residency Lease

     ✓2 Points - Property Inspection by School/ Town of Dover w/certificate Application

     ✓1 Point - Valid Driver’s License Reflecting Current Address

     ✓1 Point - Passport / Visa Reflecting Current Address

     ✓1 Point - Utility Bill / Credit Card Statement for Current Address

Messages from the Office: 
If your child is going to be absent for any reason from school, you must call the school nurse at 973-989-2025 by 8:00 A.M.
If you have to enter the school building for any reason during the day, you must stop in the office.  This is done for the safety of the children and must be followed.
It is extremely important that you send in a note if:

1. Your child will be leaving early
2. Your child will be picked up by someone else that is not the usual person, especially if they are not listed in our computer data system
3. Your child will not be riding the bus that day
4. You have changed your address or phone number
5. Your child has been absent and is returning that day
6. You have any other reason that is a change in the usual procedures you follow on a normal given day.

We will NOT accept phone calls, since we cannot determine that the person who is calling is the parent or not, especially for when someone else who is not listed in our computer is picking up the child or the child is not to ride the bus that day. You can most certainly fax us a note at: (973) 361-1841 if you were not able to write a note for us that day. Your cooperation is most appreciated. Thank you.

Mensaje de la oficina:  Si su hijo (a) va a estar ausente por alguna razón llame a la enfermera escolar al (973) 989-2025 antes de las 8:00 a.m.
Si por cualquier razón tienen que entrar al edificio escolar durante el día, primero tienen que pasar por la oficina.  Esto es para la seguridad de los niños y debe de ser acatado.
Es sumamente importante que envíen una nota si:

1. Van a recoger a su hijo(a) más temprano que por lo regular
2. Otra persona que no sea la que siempre recoge a su hijo(a) va a recogerles y en especial aquellas personas que no están en el listado de personas que tenemos en la computadora
3. Su hijo (a) no se va a ir en el autobús
4. Han cambiado de dirección o de número de teléfono
5. Su hijo (a) ha estado ausente y está de regreso ese día
6. Por cualquier otra razón donde haya cambios de los procedimientos que siguen por lo normal ese día en particular

NO aceptaremos llamadas telefónicas, porque no podemos determinar quién está llamando, especialmente si la persona que los viene a recoger no está en el listado de personas autorizadas por usted en la computadora o si su hijo (a) no se va a ir en el autobús ese día. Pueden por supuesto enviarnos una nota vía el facsímil al (973) 361-1841 si no pudo escribir una nota ese día por cualquier razón. Su cooperación en este asunto es muy apreciado. Gracias.

If you know you will be moving... Si usted tiene planes de mudarse

If you know you will be moving or have moved to a new Dover
or Victory Gardens address, please contact the office.  If you are moving
out of town, the office must have the following information to send a transfer:  your new address and the name and address of the school that your child will be attending.

Si usted tiene planes de mudarse o ya se ha mudado a
una nueva dirección en Dover o Victory Gardens, favor de notificar la oficina.
Si usted se va a mudar fuera del pueblo, la oficina requiere la siguiente
información para hacer una transferencia:  Su nueva dirección y el nombre
y dirección de la escuela donde su niño (a) ingresará.
